What happened
He was attaching the #750 jig to the jig stand. The jig has a threaded rod on the bottom and the jig stand has a nut that the threaded rod engages with. The jig was being threaded (spinning) into the nut the threads were not engaged and when it started falling off the operator attempted to catch the jig before it hit the table or floor. The jig contacted his hand and the weight forced the back of his hand (knuckles) to strike the table.
