Building slitter set

The adjustor for 16 slitter was on the west side of the arbor that was on the test stand and was in the process of putting the 30lb lower arbor nut on the shaft. The adjustor had his left hand on the bottom of the arbor nut and his right hand on the top of the nut. As he went to put the nut on the lower shaft he felt a pop in his left elbow area.
