Attempting to step up on the north dock

Employee was walking on the platform where acid carboys are stored in attempt to evaluate the removal of trash that had been dumped in a roll off dump intended for cardboard only. As he was looking in the dump he lost his footing and fell off the platform. This resulted in an injury to his right knee.

Split open incision from very recent non-occ replacement knee surgery.
