EE was replacing hose in cable tray of a [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Molding Press (P08) and fell climbing out of the machine. EE 's left foot slipped on non-op side platform inside of machine catching between hard lines and deck of machine. EE was able to catch himself with his arms on the guarding. For [REDACTED] incline conveyor. EE has scrape and contusion on upper inside left thigh and scrape contusion on out left leg above ankle. In house first aid provided ice and ointment.
