While moving baggage cages on board the vessel with an electric pallet jack [REDACTED] was stopped suddenly when the pallet jack suddenly shut off. When it shut off [REDACTED] was pulling the pallet jack with her right arm behind her. The sudden stop caused her arm to be pulled back in an unnatural way. This caused pain in her right shoulder and elbow. She reported it after it happened did not want a replacement and finished the shift but still felt pain at the end of the shift.
