TM was managing filling totes. Line was running well no major issues of note or upset conditions. Line was not excessively dirty. Noticed lower than normal amount of rework coming from the lattice cutter.

TM was working on [REDACTED] when he saw some split dough coming through the bands of the lattice cutter. He tried reaching into the bands to get the piece of dough on the side of the machine opposite of him and got his hand caught in the machine. TM 's right hand suffered three cuts two shallow and one deeper with some skin removed on the 1st and 2nd knuckle of the middle finger and 2nd knuckle of the ring finger.
