TM was entering the building to report to work at the beginning of their shift.

The first shift warehouse coordinator was entering the building at the McDonalds break room exterior door. As they swiped their badge and opened the door the team member felt resistance and thought it was due to someone coming in. As they held onto the door by the latch a gust of wind blew the door and the team members hand became pinched by the door latch. The team member pulled their hand to avoid being crushed between the door and frame resulting in a laceration between the right middle and ring finger. At this time no defects have been found after inspecting the door and door closer.
