EE was moving pallets throughout the day along with moving material from the ground up.

EE was moving pallets throughout the day along with moving material from the ground up and felt pain in their left hip that radiated down through their leg. The EE sought their own treatment and the treating physician took them out of work and prescribed them medications. After the EE seen our doctor they were given additional medications and restrictions.
