Walking with empty boxes.
What happened
The associate was traveling a short distance while moving several corrugated containers by hand. They were going to a pack station and the boxes blocked their vision. As they approached the pack station with limited visibility due to the boxes they were carrying they slipped tripped on the floor mat and fell landing on their left side. The floor mat wasn 't wet and did not present any additional hazards. The associate went for treatment and was diagnosed with a left knee contusion. The treatment did not go beyond first aid. However at their follow up they were ordered physical therapy which is medical treatment beyond first aid triggering recordability.
