Before the incident
As Mr. [REDACTED] was pushing the laundry cart from the north tower he began to make his way towards the elevator landing and as he approached the elevator landing his lower back began to feel pain. Mr. [REDACTED] then made his way to [REDACTED] and contacted the housekeeping coordinator [REDACTED] through the phone so he could speak to a manager. Mr. [REDACTED] spoke to housekeeping Manager [REDACTED] regarding the back pain. After speaking to the housekeeping manager Mr. [REDACTED] then made his way to the security office and contacted safety and security over the radio to make a report. Safety and security officer [REDACTED] answered the radio and headed to the security office to start the report. Upon arrival safety and security officer [REDACTED] asked Mr. [REDACTED] if he would like anything for the pain to which Mr. [REDACTED] replied yes Mr. [REDACTED] was then giving an ice pack for the pain.
