[REDACTED] was cleaning the air filter for the air conditioning unit in room [REDACTED] when her left middle fingernail got stuck on the filter pulling the nail up causing pain and blood to come out of the finger. [REDACTED] came to report the injury to safety and security [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] after reporting the incident to housekeeping manager [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] requested medical attention so she was sent to Concentra Urgent Care in [REDACTED] for further evaluation. [REDACTED] requested to drive herself to the Concentra Urgent Care Center.
