Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at the [REDACTED] Marriott Anaheim [REDACTED] housekeeper [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was cleaning rooms. [REDACTED] felt sharp pain in her left arm and both shoulders she also felt her left arm get a hot sensation. [REDACTED] took ibuprofen to ease the pain. [REDACTED] did not report the incident that day because the pain went away after taking the ibuprofen. She continued to work for a couple of days while still in pain. She went home and went to bed when she woke up on [REDACTED] she was in extreme pain from her left arm to her shoulder. She decided to go to her doctor to get her pain looked at. The doctor put her on restrictions for 2 weeks that included no lifting and light work. After those 2 weeks she went in for a follow-up and the doctor advised her she needed to continue her same restrictions for another 2 weeks. [REDACTED] then went for another follow-up after those 2 weeks and the doctor advised her she needed to remain on the same restrictions until she felt better
