The associate was later identified Housekeeper [REDACTED] explained when she was tucking linen underneath the corner of the bed in [REDACTED] she suddenly felt a sharp pulling sensation in her left shoulder neck area. [REDACTED] was provided with an icepack to aid with her injury. Let it be known [REDACTED] declined professional medical attention at this time. She was made aware if the pain worsens or she would like to be evaluated to advised Security or Management.
