Before the incident
On [REDACTED] at the [REDACTED] Marriott [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] Safety and Security Officer [REDACTED] entered his car to go home after clocking out from his shift. While driving home he began to feel pain in his left Achilles. He got home and immediately went to bed. On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] began a [REDACTED] Tower patrol. He immediately felt pain in his left foot thinking it was just because of his new shoes. He sat down and adjusted his shoes while on the tower patrol he was in pain throughout the whole tower. After his tower he sat down and switched to a different pair of shoes. After switching his shoes he went on a perimeter patrol and his pain was still there. He immediately came back to the security office and reported it to [REDACTED]. He began icing his foot when [REDACTED] came over to check on him.
