Before the incident
[REDACTED] was cutting large steel blocks on the band saw in the metal storage rack area at the [REDACTED] facility.
What happened
[REDACTED] would place the large blocks onto a cart after cutting. As he placed a block on the cart he pushed the block from the top with his left hand but the block stopped moving due to friction. His hand moed across the top of the block with his palm being cut by the sharp edge.
