Before the incident
[REDACTED] was cleaning the drains in the [REDACTED] at the [REDACTED] location. He had to move the large metal plate covering the drain openings to access.
What happened
He lifted the drain cover to remove off of the drain hole. As he moved the drain cover he dropped it on his left index finger. He didn 't report this right away but as the pain and swelling increased he decided to tell his Supervisor.
