Before the incident
Employee was working in the bread oven area throwing pans onto the conveyer at approximately [REDACTED] the employee picked up a pan and was stacking onto a pan float when the employee sat the pan down on their finger pinching their finger between pans while stacking off onto the pan float. At this point there was no pain experienced. The employee quickly pulled their pinky finger out of the pans and continued working approximately 20 - 30 mins [REDACTED] the employees pinky finger began hurting so the employee reported the incident to their supervisor. Point of injury is the first knuckle from the tip of the pinky finger.
