Employee reported that they felt sick to their stomach and nauseous - supervisor had EE to sit in the break rooms to see if EE would start to fell better. EE sat in the breakroom from [REDACTED]. EE returned to work then reported again they did not feel well a different supervisor then sat the EE in the breakroom again until [REDACTED]. At that time EE stated they were still not feeling well. So then the Med-Core was called and they instructed that EE seek medical treatment within two hours time.
