While working a stack of rewrap an bun wrapping employee completed stack one and lifted one tray of loaded product to place on the line on the way to the conveyer another employee had placed the first tray of the second stack on the floor to begin working the second stack. The injured employee attempted to step over the first tray of the second stack and their left shoe (toe tip) caught the side wall of the tray this resulted in the employee tripping forward approximately 3-4 feet down and resulted in Referenced Penny size abrasion to right knee redness without swelling to center of forehead and left knee from the employee making contact with the ground and landing on their left knee and forehead.
