Driving Truck

The EE was in the process of driving south bound on [REDACTED] in his tractor trailer to deliver to an On Cue Account. The EE was stationary in the left turn lane. In the process of the EE entering the account parking lot he was struck by a 3rd party vehicle on his passenger side. The 3rd party vehicle was traveling in the inside lane north bound on [REDACTED]. The 3rd Party was escorted by ambulance for injuries sustained from the scene. The EE was evaluated by Briotix back at the facility and was referred to a physician. The EE was seen by a physician and diagnosed with a lower back strain. The EE was prescribed a muscle relaxer and returned back to work with no restrictions. The EE and 3rd Party Vehicles were towed from the scene. No citations were given to the EE at the scene.
