EE reported discomfort in his right knee on [REDACTED]. The EE was in the process of pulling his [REDACTED] out from underneath a stack of beer when his foot got stuck inside a hole opening meant for foot placement resulting in his right knee bending awkwardly. [REDACTED] Evaluated EE on [REDACTED]. EE on [REDACTED] relayed he had not progressed and would like to seek medical treatment. On [REDACTED] employee was scheduled a MRI to determine severity of injury. MRI revealed a right knee meniscus tear. Surgery was scheduled 8-8-2024 to repair meniscus tear turning this incident into a LTI due to days away for work.
