What happened
On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Vitro associate was performing the routine work of hanging communications on the display bulletin boards. The associate was attempting to hang a schedule on the bulletin board that is just outside of the War Room. The bulletin board fell off the wall striking the associate. The associate was struck in the head causing pain to their right cheek neck and right shoulder. The associate received first aid treatment and returned to their normal job functions. At approximately [REDACTED] the associate proceeded to the ER for medical treatment.
