On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Vitro Relief Operator was preforming the routine work of re-stringing the pallet unloader on 605 silkscreen. The operator was stepping down from the platform to the step. The operator placed their left hand in front of their body and onto the pallet unloader guarding. While taking the step down the operator felt a pop in their left shoulder. Axiom medical was contacted first aid care was received and the operator returned to work.
