Checking for overhead leaks.

Earlier in the [REDACTED] maintenance was called out for a leak dripping into the vats. They went up and found a loose fitting on a steam trap above vats in crawlspace. Later on drips were noticed so EE was instructed by supervisor to look for possible leak about vat room. Drips of water were noticed dripping around Vat 4-5. EE entered crawl space to investigate as they were looking around EE went to stand up causing them to impact the corner of a piece of angle iron head on. Immediately EE put pressure climbed out and notified [REDACTED]ervisor. EE and [REDACTED] drove to ER for medical treatment. While in the ER EE had their wound irrigated given 3 staples and a tetanus shot.
