At approximately [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] a Mix maker slipped while completing a Foam Knock Down on [REDACTED] 1002. This slipped resulted in them falling backwards and hitting their head. When performing foam knockdown they would have to climb on pumps and on top of silo alcove to wash inside. When they were finished rinsing [REDACTED] 1002 they were stepping off the pump and missed they 're footing and fell back hitting their head and back on adjacent [REDACTED] pump. A visible bump was on their head as they went to report injury to supervisor. Decision was made to drive operator to ER to get checked out.
