What happened

Up operator was detail cleaning in the silo room. She was not wearing chemical googles or a face shield. She stated that she put scrub pad back in bucket and the resulting splash caused chemical to fly up go under her regular ppe glasses and hit her R. eyeball. She immediately went to the receiving bay shack and held her eye under water. [REDACTED] went into the bay shack found her and started a 20-minute timer. He then came and found me while I was in the parts room getting parts for [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. He told me she was irrigating her eyes so I went to the SDS binders and flipped through until I found the Kick sheet. Upon review the SDS sheet said the employee should irrigate eyeball for 15 minutes and if irritation persists to seek immediate medical attention because prolonged exposure could cause permanent eye damage. I called [REDACTED] wasn 't able to get through. Called [REDACTED] he instructed me to continue with what I was doing and to take her to the hospital to get c
