What happened

IE was assisting inside the trailer for unloading on dock number 3 with a double-stacked pallet of [REDACTED] that weighs about 600 lbs. IE was guarding or walking by a pallet to ensure they do not fall over and as employee was doing so the manual pallet jack operator was pulling that load and it got stuck in-between the gap of the dock and the trailer. The top pallet then fell over onto the IE and was crushed casing the IE to fall to the floor. IE was helped
