IE was finishing CQC operations at the end of the shift and as he went to get the last pasta run from the [REDACTED] corridor area IE slipped and fell on his back. IE stated there was chicken juice on the floor near the walkway where he was retrieving pasta. IE reported the injury the same day but was not reported to HSE until [REDACTED] days [REDACTED] the incident. IE was sent to medical upon request and due to his ongoing discomfort [REDACTED] the injury.
