What happened
Injured employee was in the boot room retrieving a hammer from the maintenance parts storage and as he was going to cross back over into the boot room walked over the bench and lost his footing on the way down causing his right ankle to role and he fell to the floor. The employee then felt a sharp pain in his right foot and looked at it and could not move it and noticed it was to one side. EMS was called due to the visible dislocation of his right ankle.
