Bending metal by hand

IE was fabricating a guard for CQC2 specifically for the solenoid when he used his right arm to bend a piece of metal by hand when he felt some discomfort in his right elbow. IE felt some discomfort and was provided first aid to help with his discomfort in his elbow. Employee refused medical and continued to work. After two weeks employee stated he did not feel better and requested to seek medical treatment. Nurse triage was called and suggested a clinic visit.
