employees were exposed to the hazard of falling from elevated work
platform:
A)  Fulton Paper Building - Work platform basket attached to a Koehring
skytrak forklift did
not have a guardrail system that was of proper height on or about 3/2/98.
B)  Fulton Paper Building - Koehring Skytrack forklift was traveling while
an employee was in
a work platform in a raised position on or about 3/2/98.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable  abatement method to
correct this hazard is:
1.Provide a work platform that has a standard guardrail system.
2.  Prohibit the traveling of industrial trucks while employees are raised
on work platform.
