Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of electric shock, burns, bruises or lacerations from accidental contact with exposed live electrical components: a.)F/V ALASKA PIONEER: Circuit breakers were missing from two openings in the electronic panel on the port side of the wheelhouse, exposing the open buss bar. Note: Among other feasible and economical methods of abatement, one method would be to install blanks in the unused openings.,
