29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section: (a) (LOCATION) (IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATION(S) AND/OR CONDITIONS) (DESCRIBE HAZARD(S) WHERE NECESSARY) (a) On 2nd shift, during which 17 workers were present, only one restroom including a single toilet and a urinal was available for use in the plant (although a toilet was also located in the office, it was not available for use, since the office was normally locked during 2nd shift). Accordng to Table J-1, at least 2 toilet facilities msust be provided for 16 or more workers.
