29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): 'Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. a) Office Area: An Emerson microwave was plugged into a relocatable tap, violating the power tap's UL listing and labeling which states: RPT's are intended to provide outlet receptacles for computers, audio and video eqiupment and other low amperage equipment. b) Office Area: A relocatable power tap was plugged into another relocatable power tap, which was powering a phone and computer equipment. The UL listing states: relocatable power taps are intended to be directly connected to a permanently installed receptacle.
