The U.S Fish and Wildlife Service, Office of Law Enforcement was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1017841, citation no. 1, item no. 3a, and was affirmed as a final order on March 10, 2015 with respect to a workplace at Redmond, WA.

The U.S Fish and Wildlife Service, Office of Law Enforcement was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1017841, citation no. 1, item no. 3b, and was affirmed as a final order on March 10, 2015 with respect to a workplace at Redmond, WA.
