Jason Westhoven and Associates, LTD was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 309447647, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/3/07.

Employees were exposed to falls of up to 18ft from the roof, and up to 10ft 8in from the porch.    Jason Westhoven and Associates, LTD was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 309447647, citation number 1, item number 6 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/3/07.
