29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions or where this part indicates the need for using such equipment to reduce the hazards to the employees: a) Jobsite: On August 8, 2011, the responsible person on site did not enforce the use of safety eyewear when employee(s) performed framing actitivies using a pnuematic framing nailer. Note 1) Pat Nolan Construction, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313352353, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 640 Saguaro, Meridian ID . Note 2) Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
