29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:        a) Side and back of structure: On December 4, 2012 and at times prior thereto employees performed sheathing activities on an 8 in 12 pitched roof, without a fall protection system in place.        Pat Nolan Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 98646, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 5, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 26394 Pheasant Landing Middleton, ID 83644.     Pat Nolan Construction was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313352353, citation 2, item 3, and was affirmed as a final order on May 10, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at 640 Saguaro, Meridian, ID 83642.      Note) Abatement certification and documentation are NOT required for this inspection.
