29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(vii): Relocation of combustibles. Where practicable, all combustibles shall be relocated at least 35 feet (10.7 m) from the work site. Where relocation is impracticable, combustibles shall be protected with flameproofed covers or otherwise shielded with metal or asbestos guards or curtains. (a) Machine Shop Building 160: On or about 6 September 2011, a combustible wood pallet was being used to support materials within 5 feet of ongoing welding operations; exposing employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): 'Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. (a) Structural Shop, Building 235: On or about 6 September 2011, and times prior thereto, the lighting for the facility which was accessible from the mezzanine was not protected by covers as required by the listing and installation requirements; exposing employees to electrical and or glass cuts in the event of a mishap. (b) Fuel Cell Hangar: On or about 7 September 2011, and times prior thereto, a power strip was installed hanging from a platform above the administrative area by its wiring. The power strip was energized at 120 VAC and was in use to power communications equipment; exposing employees to electrical hazards in the event of a mishap.
