(a) Vehicle Maintenance Shop: On or about 7 September 2011, and times prior thereto, the lighting in the facility was installed in accordance with listing and labeling in that covers were not installed to protect the bulbs; exposing employees to electrical and cut hazards in the event of a mishap.
