29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): 'Installation and use. Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling. (a) Building 255 Hydraulic Shop: 2 electrical power strips which were charging tools were plugged together in the administrative shop area; exposing employees to fire or electrical hazards in the event of overheating due to the way it was installed.

29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location shall be suitable for the location. Aircraft Maintenance Hangarn (Bldg 255): On or about 9/6/2011, and times prior thereto, an ice making machine was plugged into an outlet immediately adjacent to a spray washer with wand used for cleaning equipment. The receptacle outlet was not approved for use in a wet environment; exposing employees to electrical hazards in the event of water intrusion into the circuit.
