(b) Employees were exposed to an approximate 7 foot fall hazard while maintaining the 60" Table Wheelabrator and the employer did not ensure that proper fall protection was in use. (c) Employees were exposed to an approximate 8 foot fall hazard while maintaining the 72" Table Wheelabrator and the employer did not ensure that proper fall protection was in use.
