29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: At the front of the building, a midrail was not installed along the open side (front end) of first level working platform before being released for use by employees. Employees were observed performing masonry work while on the first level of the scaffold. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.

Employees working on the scaffold platform were exposed to fall hazards.
