29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards:    (a)  Kuechle Underground, Inc. at 213 26th Street East, Williston, ND 58801:  On or about October 30, 2011, the employer did not ensure that advanced warning signs were in place when an employee was using the Clipper walk-behind masonry circular saw and Cat 277 skidloader in the travelled way of 26 Street East.  Condition exposed employee to struck-by hazards.    Abatement note:  Sections 6C.03 and 6C.04 discuss requirements associated with advance warning areas, providing that the advanced warning area is that section of the highway where road users are informed about the upcoming work zone or incident area.
