29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail system, safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system: On 12-12-11, an employee was working on a low slope with a roof edge sixty-three (63) feet above compacted surface without utilizing his personal fall arrest system. W & L INSULATION & ROOFING INC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.501(b)(10) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 312551922, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM 001, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 22, 2009 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT BREWSTER STREET; APPLETON, WI 54914.
