Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. On or about March 7, 2023, at a commercial construction site located at 503 E Fond Du Lac Street, Ripon, Wisconsin, on the upper rooftop level, employees performing commercial rooftop repair work were exposed to fall hazards greater than six feet without utilizing any form of fall protection.
