29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1): The employer did not evaluate the workplace to determine if any spaces were permit-required confined spaces: (a) Top Shop, Inc., dba American Cabinet & Flooring, Inc. @ 3300 E. 43rd Ave., Denver, CO 80216: On and before 1/23/12, the employer did not evaluate the workplace for the presence of permit-required confined spaces. The in-house water filtration system used a series particulate settling tanks, which were large enough to bodily enter and accessible via manhole covers. Employees did not enter tanks.
