29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: (a)Top Shop Inc. dba American Cabinet and Flooring Inc. at 3300 East 43rd Ave., Denver, CO 80216: On and before May 8th, 2015, the employer allowed the use of an exit sign on the west wall that was not illuminated. The condition resulted in the hazard of inadequate exit lighting.
