29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times:    Allied Body Machine Shop: On January 23, 2012 and at times prior thereto, two designated exit doors had a broken self-closing mechanism and the exit doors could not easily close.

29 CFR 1910.107(g)(5): The cleaning solvents used to clean spray gun nozzles and auxiliary equipment did not have an equivalent or higher flash point than the solvent/paint used in the normal spraying operation:    Allied Body/Machine Shop: On January 23, 2012 and at times prior thereto, the PC5 Economy Lacquer Thinner was used to clean spray equipment assemblies and had a lower flash point then of the coating and paint itself which were normally sprayed onto vehicle parts.
