29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident:  Heavy Equipment Shop, Bldg. 139: On 12/01/2016, one disconnect knife switch type located on the back wall was energized and had no markings which indicated its purpose.  The U.S. Air Force 60th was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.303(f)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 191646, citation number 01, item number 004 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/22/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 241 V Street at Travis AFB, CA 94535.

The U.S. Air Force 60th Logistics Readiness Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 191744, citation number 01, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/22/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 350 Hanger Ave., Bldg. 549 at Travis AFB, CA 94535.

The U.S. Air Force 60th Aerial Port Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 190542, citation number 01, item number 004a and was affirmed as a final order on 08/22/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 90 Ragsdale Street Travis AFB, CA 94535.
